SPRING BIRDWALK Led By Marilyn O'Connell

WBU SPRING BIRDWALK

Join us for our Spring Birdwalk, Saturday, May 17th at Tifft Nature Preserve. We will be looking for birds migrating through the area or establishing nesting territories. With it's many trails, ponds, and boardwalk we should be able to view a large assortment of wading birds, warblers, sparrows, and ducks! If lucky with the weather, hawks, eagles, falcons, harriers, and osprey might be seen migrating overhead along with scores of Turkey Vultures! I can't wait! Mike Place will be helping to spot as many birds as we possibly can. Come join the fun!

Join us Saturday, May 17th at 9am at the Tifft Nature Preserve. Meet in the parking lot at Tifft. Sunday, May 18th rain date if needed.
Free to the public. Children interested in learning about birds are welcome.

Bring binoculars and wear boots in case the ground is wet. We sell binoculars in our store if yours are too old to use anymore.
